College Registration

Plans are underway for the thirty-second annual Columbus Suburban College Fair. The fair will be held on Sunday September 18, 2011 from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. at the Clements Recreation Center 180 Center Street, Westerville 43081 on the campus of Otterbein University.

The sponsoring high schools listed in the left column take equal pride in this event and look forward to having another outstanding college fair program which consistently attracts over 4,000 students and parents.

FAIR INFORMATION: Registration begins at 11:00 am with Buffet luncheon from 11:15 – 12:30.

Plan on arriving early.
PLEASE SIGN IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
12:45 p.m. Be at your table in preparation for the opening of the fair.
FAIR BEGINS PROMPTLY AT 1:00 p.m.
Chilled bottled water will be brought to your table during the fair.
Format is ‘open session’.
This program is registered with the OACAC College Day/Night Calendar Committee.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT INFORMATION: (invitations mailed May 9th)

DEADLINE – Friday, September 2.
Please complete and mail the registration form with the $100 fee.
Make checks payable to The Suburban College Fair Inc. FEIN# 27-0572423.
Payment by September 2 guarantees a link to your institution’s home page from the Columbus Suburban College Fair website, and your listing in the printed program.
Late Registration Fee - after September 2 the fee is $125.
- Accepted on a space available basis only.
- No guarantee that your school will be included in the program or on the website.
- Late fees must arrive before the day of the fair.
- NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION as space is limited.
No refund after September 9.

CONFIRMATION INFORMATION - begins August 1 to those who have registered LOOK OUT FOR THIS MAILING – this is the only confirmation that your registration has been received. It will include one parking permit and directions to campus. Please contact psmith@otterbein.edu if you have questions.
